动物粪便虫卵诊断盒的应用效果

摘要

在新疆克拉玛依市乌尔禾乡对所辖10群羊（9983只）进行驱虫前2d和驱虫后7d每群随机采集粪样各20份,使用新疆畜牧科学院兽医研究所研制的动物粪便虫卵诊断盒对粪便中寄生虫虫卵种类、数量进行检测。结果表明：未驱虫前羊体内寄生虫种类有细颈线虫、马歇尔线虫、毛首线虫和羊球虫,感染率分别为91.2%、25.1%、4.12%、19%。驱虫后检测,驱虫率达80%～100%。通过试验,证明动物粪便虫卵诊断盒适合基层兽医临床使用,可以做到实时、准确、方便,为科学驱虫提供科学依据。%20 fecal samples were daily collected and examined with faecal egg diagnosis boxes, produced by Xinjiang Veterinary Research Institute, from 10 flocks （9983 sheep） on 2 days before and 7 days after deworming. Result shows： before deworming, encounted parasite species included nematodirus, marshallagla, trichuris and coccidium, infection rates of which were 91.2%, 25.1%, 4.12%, 19% respectively. The test after deworming showed deworming rate ranged 80% to 100%. Though the study, the diagnosis box can be used in real time, accurately, conveniently to examine parasite eggs.
