浅谈坡屋面渗漏形成原因和预防措施

Now the constructing ordinary muti--storey residences are mostly sloping roofs,the ConstructiOn cycle of sloping roof ac- Counts for a large proportion of the whole Cycle works .Since sloping roof structures are aU Whole place reinforced concrete roof structure which is more Complex,more dens to treat ,if treatment is not detailed in the pouring Or pouring quality controt is not in place ,the quality of Sloping roof ConStruCtion will be directly affected ;such as the leakage .The paper analyzes the Causes of sloping roof leakage and proposes preventive measureS,%现在施工的一般普通的多层民用住宅绝大多数是坡屋面，坡屋面的施工周期在整个工程的施工周期上占很大的比重，固坡屋面结构皆为全现浇钢筋混凝土屋面，结构较复杂，细部处理较多，若是在浇筑时细部处理不到位或浇筑质量控制的不到位都会直接影响到坡屋面建筑的质量，诸如出现渗漏现象。下文就坡屋面出现渗漏的原因进行了分析，并提出了预防措施。
