黄金冶炼过程含重金属氰化废水处理研究

         

摘要

采用SO2-空气法,对河南省某黄金冶炼厂含氰废水进行了治理试验研究,并主要考察了pH值、反应时间、SO2与O2的体积分数等对除氰效果的影响.对氰化物质量浓度为55 mg/L的废水,经一次处理后,氰化物去除率大于99%,其质量浓度为0.03 mg/L,低于地表水三类排放标准.同时,采用新型沉淀剂对废水中重金属(Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Hg等)进行去除试验,达到了较好的效果.%In this study, SO2 -air oxidization method was used to treat cyanidation wastewater after extracting gold in a gold smelter in Henan. The influences of pH, reaction time, SO2 and air dosage amount on cyanide removal were investigated. For cyanidation wastewater with 55 mg/L of cyanide mass concentration, the cyanide mass concentration of treated water was 0. 16 mg/L and the cyanide removal rate was higher than 99 % , which was lower than the nation al standard Grade Ⅲ for surface water emission . Good results were reached by using the new settlement agent to re move the heavy metals contained in the wastewater.
