Through experimental research and industrial application, one-step efficient sulphuration process was used to precipitate the acid wastewater with high arsenic content produced from the two-stage roasting. The content of arsenic was reduced from 1 331.37 mg/L to 104.66 mg/L, with the sedimentation rate of the arsenic being 92 % and the content of arsenic in the vulcanizing sediment being 31.26 % , and the arsenic was recovered in the system. After vulcanizing precipitating the arsenic, the effluent solution is neutralized by two-step carbide slag-ferric salt process that controls the average content of arsenic to 0.42 mg/L, lower than the national standards, which is also treated and recycled to the production system as reclaimed water. By using this process, the problem of the arsenic recovery in the acid wastewater with high arsenic content from the two-stage roasting was effectively handled. This process is simple, low-cost, adaptive, effective, and easy to use. This process brings also remarkable economic, environmental and so-cial benefits.%经试验研究与工业应用,对两段焙烧产生的酸性高砷废水,采用一步高效硫化工艺沉淀砷,砷质量浓度由1331.37mg/L降低为104.66mg/L,砷的沉淀率为92.14%;硫化沉砷渣中砷质量分数为31.26%,返回焙烧回收;硫化沉砷后废液采用二步电石渣-铁盐中和处理,处理后废水中砷平均质量浓度为0.42mg/L,低于国家允许排放标准,且作为中水返回生产系统循环利用.采用该工艺有效地解决了两段焙烧酸性高砷废水中砷的回收问题,工艺简单、成本低、适用性强、效果好、易推广,有着良好的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益.
