黄金（有色）行业建设项目的安全预评价主要分为黄金（有色）矿山建设项目安全预评价和黄金（有色）冶炼建设项目安全预评价。阐述了黄金（有色）矿山建设项目的安全条件论证、安全预评价和安全预评价报告审查，黄金（有色）冶炼建设项目（危险化学品）的安全条件论证、安全条件论证报告和安全评价报告审查，黄金（有色）冶炼建设项目（非危险化学品）安全条件论证、安全预评价和安全预评价报告审查；介绍了安全预评价的有关基础资料和评价内容；为黄金（有色）行业建设项目，提供了必要的科学依据。%Safety pre-evaluation of construction project of gold ( non-ferrous ) industry mainly divides into two parts,safety pre-evaluation of construction project of gold (non-ferrous) mines and safety pre-evaluation of construction project of gold( non-ferrous) smeltery.The paper briefly introduced the argumentation of safety conditions of construc-tion project of gold ( non-ferrous) mines,safety pre-evaluation and report review of it ,and the same things of construc-tion project of gold(non-ferrous) smeltery(hazardous chemicals) as well as those of construction project of gold (non-ferrous) smeltery(non-hazardous chemicals).Besides,it introduced basic data and evaluation subject of safety pre-evaluation,providing reasonable references for construction project of gold (non-ferrous) industry.
