三山岛金矿智能绿色矿山建设实践

         

摘要

随着矿业的飞速发展,传统的生产管理模式已经无法满足日益增长的生产需求,同时矿山区域生态环境也面临着严重威胁.因此,在利用现代化手段改进矿山管理模式的同时,推进智能矿山与绿色矿山共建成为未来矿业发展的新趋势.针对三山岛金矿生产管理现状,采用"过程控制+安全生产+经营决策+绿色矿山理念"的逻辑架构,形成适用于黄金矿山生产与经营实际的智能绿色矿山建设体系;并论述了智能绿色矿山的建设内容,包括物联网平台的搭建、地质资源可视化、生产过程控制与能源监测、安全生产集成系统建设及综合信息服务协同与应用等.三山岛金矿智能绿色矿山的建设增强了矿产资源的高效开发与利用,促进了节能减排,减少了风险隐患与环境破坏,打破了矿山传统的管理理念,对业务流程进行了全方位优化,其建设经验可为其他矿山的智能绿色矿山建设提供经验和策略参考.%With the rapid development of mining industry,the traditional management can not meet the increasing demand for production.At the same time,the ecological environment of mine areas are also facing serious threats. Therefore,while improving the mine management model to reduce costs and increase production through modern means,it will be a new trend to promote the intelligent mine and green mine in the future.According to the production management in Sanshandao gold mine,we adopt the logical structure of"process control+production safety+management decision+green mining concept"to form an intelligent green mine construction system applicable to the production and management of gold mines.Several contents were integrated during the construction including the Internet of things platform construction,the geological visualization resources,the realization of production automation,the establishment of integrated safety production system,the integrated information service collaborative system development and application.The construction of intelligent green mine for Sanshandao gold mine has enhanced the efficient development and utilization of mineral resources,promoted energy conservation and emission reduction,reduced risks and damage to the environment,broke the traditional management concept of mines and optimized business processes in all aspects.The experiences and strategies can be taken as references for the construction of intelligent green mine in similar underground metal mines.
