基于专利分析的我国太阳能电池技术发展研究

         

摘要

太阳能电池专利技术一定程度上反映了太阳能电池技术的发展状况。选用德温特专利数据库中的PCT专利,通过时间序列分析、区域分析、专利权人分析、专利技术主题分析、研究热点分析,定位我国太阳能电池所处的水平,展示我国太阳能电池技术发展现状以及预测太阳能电池技术发展趋势。研究发现:PCT专利在我国的申请趋势与全球基本一致,布局也和总体基本一致,1G、2G、3G技术侧重点也基本一致,薄膜太阳能电池今后可能占据较大的市场份额。但是国内太阳能电池的核心专利大都来自于国外的申请,我国太阳能电池技术的发展受制于国外。针对这一问题,政府要坚持不懈的扶持和提高内需,完善我国专利制度,加大对太阳能电池技术的科研投入,采取“跳跃式”发展等措施,以促进我国太阳能电池的发展。%The development of solar cell technology in China is studied based on patent analysis. The paper analyses the PCT patents from Derwent Innovations Index (DII) database in terms of time series, region distribution, the patentee distribution, technology subject and research hot spot, etc. The result indicates that the tendency of PCT patent application, its copyright allocation, as well as the focus of 1G, 2G, and 3G technology in China is basically consistent with the global situation. Thin film solar cells may occupy most of the market share in near future. But the core patents concerning solar cells belong to foreign applicants, which is bound to restrict the development of Chinese solar cell technology. To this the paper presents some suggestions for China to promote the development of solar cell technology, such as, boosting the domestic demand on solar cells, refining China’s patent system, ensuring more research inputs and taking a“jump-start development mode”, etc.
