日本加强科研诚信管理及对我国的启示

摘要

针对日本接连发生的科研不端行为，日本政府采取了加强科技诚信管理的措施。本文研究了日本科研诚信建设的体系情况，分析了日本构建科研诚信的系列措施，最后对进一步完善我国的科研诚信体系提出了建议。%The Japanese government has taken measures to strengthen the integrity of science and technology, and to shut down the successive scientiifc misconduct spate in Japan. This paper studies the case of research integrity system construction in Japan, analyzes a series of measures to build Japan’s research integrity, and gives some suggestions for enhancing China’s scientiifc integrity system.
