一种实用的异形玻璃手工磨边方法

摘要

目前越来越多的建筑幕墙在追求标新立异的外在形象的同时，对玻璃幕墙异形产品的需求不断增加，对于大批量生产，一方面传统干法打磨工艺已无法满足目前客户质量要求，另一方面自动化设备加工能力有限，且维护使用成本较高。在此基础上，通过多次试验，提出一种新的湿法打磨方式。%The market demand for glass curtain constructed with the irregular shape glass is increasing as the attract of conspicuous appearance of the glass curtain . For volume-production , two problems exist in this processing field, firstly, the traditional dry grinding methods will no longer meet the customer＇s requirement for edge-working quality, secondly, the processing capacity of current automatic process equipments is insufficient and the operation expense of the equipment is high. Therefore we developed a new wet edge working procedure on many times trial basis.
