通过自然降温疏通燃煤气熔窑空气蓄热室

摘要

利用蓄热室工作的周期性，使空气蓄热室达到自然降温，以利于用捅渣法对格子体进行疏通，在提高疏通效果的同时不会对格子体造成大的影响。%Maintenance plays a key role in the life of the glass furnace. There are various methods of maintenance , and there are different parts which is needed to be maintained. For being worked out through practice, methods described in this paper are feasible, the methods take advantage of the cyclical nature of the regenerator＇s running, and achieve the purpose of natural cooling of the air regenerator. This is beneficial for clearing out regenerator checkers by Tong residue method ,it can clear out regenerator checkers more effective, and won＇t make a major impact on checkers.
