第二次全国土地调查土地利用现状数据缩编项目成果质量检查与评定的探讨

摘要

第二次全国土地调查土地利用现状数据缩编项目实施在即，其成果质量检查与评定的设计是必须研究的一个课题。根据项目需求，探讨了土地利用现状数据缩编成果质量评价体系，包括土地利用数据缩编成果质量元素及其权重，土地利用数据缩编成果质量错漏分类和质量评分方法；提出了分阶段性分工序对项目成果质量进行监控的建议。%The land use data downsizing project of the second national land survey is for implementing.The design of quality inspection and evaluation of results is to be a research issue.According to project requirements,this paper discusses the quality evaluation system of downsizing results of the land use data,including the quality element of downsizing results of land use data and its weight,the outcome of the downsizing of the quality of land use data classification errors and omissions,and quality rating methods.It proposed the results quality monitoring proposal of the project by sub-stage and sub-processes approach.
