基于ArcGIS Server和Flex的校园能源监管地理信息系统

摘要

This paper proposes a scheme which introduces WebGIS technique into campus energy supervisory system according to the analysis of the present situation of this system. Campus geographic information system for energy regulation was designed and developed based on ArcGIS Server and Flex, which realized the query and display of water, electric, gas, heating and other information as well as the management and analysis of lighting, underground pipeline information in the campus using geographic information platform. This system can improve digital management level of campus energy information.%分析了校园能源监管系统的建设现状,提出WebGIS技术与校园能源监管相结合的方案,并基于ArcGIS Server和Flex设计开发了校园能源监管地理信息系统,通过地理信息平台实现了校园的水、电、气、暖等信息的查询与显示以及路灯、地下管线等信息的管理与分析,提高了校园能源信息的数字化管理水平.
