弹性伸缩控制技术及在地理国情普查中的应用

摘要

at present ,our country is carrying out the first geographic national conditions census by comprehensive utilization of RS , GIS and GPS technology , computer and communication technology etc. Elastic retractable control technology is the ability of control-ling a system to adapt to the change of load. The longitudinal telescopic is to increase resources and improve the process ability within the same logical unit;The horizontal telescopic is to add many logic unit resources and make them work as in a unit by elastic retracta -ble control technology. The application of virtualization technology can make the advantage of elastic retractable control technology play more fully. Due to the information load curve of geographic national conditions census fluctuates greatly ,the demand of elasticity is rigid and dynamic. Application of elastic retractable control technology integrates the dynamic load balancing and resource alloca -tion mechanism,improves the resource utilization and user satisfaction ,the effective management of large -scale system,achieves the effective management of large -scale system and has a good application prospect in geographic national conditions census .%目前，我国正在综合利用RS、GIS与GPS技术、计算机与通信等技术进行第一次地理国情普查。弹性伸缩控制技术，是指对一个系统适应负载变化进行调控的能力。在同一个逻辑单元内增加资源，提高处理能力，即纵向可伸缩；增加多个逻辑单元资源，利用弹性伸缩控制技术令其如同在一个单元里工作，即横向可伸缩。应用虚拟化技术，可使弹性伸缩控制技术的优势发挥得更加充分。由于地理国情普查工作中信息负载曲线波动很大，弹性伸缩的需求是刚性、动态的。应用弹性伸缩控制技术整合动态负载均衡及资源配置机制，提高了资源利用率和用户满意度，实现了大规模系统的有效管理，在地理国情普查工作中有良好的应用前景。
