浅议基于遥感解译的用地项目卫星监测方法

摘要

本文重点对基于遥感影像解译判读的卫星监测方法和遥感影像质量参数评价两个方面进行了探讨和研究，提出了实现遥感影像质量评价和用地变化情况的动态监测方法。%This paper discusses and studies remote sensing monitoring method , which based on image interpretation ,and the parame-ters of evaluation of image quality .On this basis, we propose a method to evaluating the remote sensing image quality and monitoring land changes dynamically .
