乌克兰油气工业现状、面临问题与启示

摘要

乌克兰地处欧洲重要地理位置,油气工业是乌克兰战略和经济的重要保障,该行业的发展一直饱受国家政治和经济形势的影响,与此同时油气供应和运输又迫于俄罗斯的掣肘,财团垄断、官员腐败使改革遭受巨大阻力,油气开发和冶炼行业发展缓慢,这一系列的问题使得乌克兰在油气工业的改革迫在眉睫.%Ukraine is located in an important geographical position in Europe.The oil and gas industry is strategically and economically significant to the country.However,the development of this industry has been suffering from its political and economic environment.A series of problems block the development of the industry,for example:oil and gas supply and transportation constricted by Russia,monopoly of consortium and official corruption.Reform for the oil and gas industry in Ukraine is necessary.
