层次分析-熵值定权法在城市建设用地适宜性评价中的应用

     

摘要

在前人评价经验的基础上,采用层次分析-熵值定权法和模糊综合评价法进行了建设用地适宜性评价,该定权方法所采用的三标度法在一定程度上解决了传统九标度法难以通过的一致性检验问题,且便于把握打分尺度,可操作性强;建设用地评价要素及因子的变异程度对指标的权重有很大的影响,引入熵值的概念能更合理地确定评价指标的权重。文中以天津中心城市为例,采用正方形网格剖分法将中心城市评价区域分成4 612个评价单元,对全区建设用地适宜性进行了评价,并针对现有城市总体规划进行了建设用地适宜性后评估。%On the basis of former experience,AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process),the entropy weight method and FCE(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation) are adopted to evaluate the urban construction land suitability in Tianjin city.To a certain degree,the "three scales" method involved is able to work out the nasty problem of the consistency check existing in the "nine scales" method,and is more manageable and convenient to operate.The evaluation factors of the urban construction land and the variation of the factors have a great influence on index weights,the application of the concept of conventional entropy can help to determine the weight of the each evaluation indexes more reasonably.Take the Central City of Tianjin for instance,firstly,the central city was divided into 4 612 evaluation unit according to the square gird section method,then the suitability of construction land of whole area is rated,at last we can get a construction land suitability evaluation of existing general plan of Tianjin.
