西门子SGT-8000H燃气轮机技术特点及联合循环应用介绍

摘要

High power output , high operational flexibility , low heat rate and low emission are the main direction of heavy duty gas tur-bine technology development .This paper briefly describes the whole design R&D progress of SGT 5/6-8000H and introduce the detailed feather of rotor , compressor , combustor and turbine .The operational flexibility is also elaborated in terms of load gradient rate , fuel flexibility, fast startup and loading and emission control .In the last, the different application H class gas turbine in combined cycle is introduced .%高出力、高运行灵活性、低热耗、低排放是当今先进重型燃气轮机技术发展的主要方向。本文简要地叙述了西门子SGT5/6-8000H燃气轮机研发过程，着重对该H级燃气轮机的压气机、燃烧器、透平和转子等主要部件的结构特点进行了详细介绍，并从变负荷率、燃料灵活性、快速启动及污染物排放控制技术等方面阐述了H级燃气轮机在运行灵活性的特点，最后介绍了H级燃气轮机在联合循环方面的应用以及联合循环选型时应考虑的因素。
