多级轴流压气机轮缘端壁放气数值模拟

         

摘要

采用数值模拟的方法,以一台9级低压压气机为研究对象,研究了轮缘端壁放气对压气机低工况下的总体性能和内部流场的影响。设计了在第6级转子近前缘处放气和近尾缘处放气两种方案,并对流场进行了详细的数值计算。结果表明,近前缘处放气使压气机综合稳定裕度改进了1.33%,近尾缘处放气使综合稳定裕度改进了0.89%,放气还提高了压气机的防“堵塞”能力;放气使压气机前、后各级的进口气流角都朝着有利于压气机稳定工作的方向变化;放气缩小了间隙泄漏涡的作用区域,移除了部分泄漏流和附面层流体,从而提高了顶部通道的流通能力,降低了流动损失。%Taking a nine-stage axial low-pressure compressor as an object of research ,a numerical simulation was conducted to study the influence of shroud casing bleeding on the compressor′s total performance and inner flow-field.Bleeding near the leading/trailing edge upon the six rotorwere presented .The results show that ,the comprehensive stability margin of the compressor increased by 1.33 percent when bleeding near the leading edge and 0.89 percent when bleeding near the trailing edge , moreover , the"blocking flow mass"increased .The inlet flow angle of blades varied to make for the stability of the compressor after bleeding .The flow capacity of tip passage was improved and the flow loss was reduced through magnifying the region affected by tip leakage vortex , removing part of the leakage and boundary layer flow .
