对于长寿命发动机,传统的航空发动机耐久性试验方法存在经济性差、试验周期长的问题。鉴于此,提出一种适用于较高温度裕度的航空发动机整机耐久性试车方法,阐述了编制试车谱的具体流程,说明了使用任务载荷谱和预测任务载荷谱的差异,给出了编制试车谱所必须的任务剖面、任务混频、环境混频等的具体算法,列出了编制试车谱所必须考虑的各种要素,并利用Norris-Landzberg模型确定了航空发动机等效应力加速系数。%A key problem to test the endurance of the long life engine is time and expense. To overcome this, a method on accelerated mission and equivalent stress testing (AMEST) of aero-engine was proposed. The basic principle and details of aero-engine AMEST were presented. The difference between the opera⁃tional and the forecast load spectrum was explained. The method to calculate the mission profile, mission mix and circumstance mix was illuminated and the attentive points were listed. At last, the Norris-Landz⁃berg model was introduced to calculate the accelerated coefficient.
