750 m3高炉储铁式主沟的应用

摘要

By taking advantage of the overhaul for the 6# blast furnace, reformation on the main ramming material ditch structure, inner dimension and refractory material was implemented. Through overall moulding and iron storage, the service life of the main ditch was lengthened, and the average pass-through volume exceeded 150,000t.%利用6号高炉大修机会，对捣打料主沟结构、内型尺寸、耐火材料进行改造。采用整体浇注和储铁方式，主沟使用寿命延长，平均一次通铁量达15万t以上。
