本文对酒钢焦化厂5＃、6＃捣固焦炉自2011年底投产以后，在冬季极端最低温度近零下30度的生产环境下，经常出现的装煤车煤箱冻箱、捣固机捣固锤在煤饼捣固过程中提锤困难、煤塔蓬料给料机不下煤等问题进行了简单分析，并针对几项严重影响焦炉冬季生产的具体问题，结合酒钢焦化厂生产和技术改造实践提出了可行的解决措施，防止了事故的发生，稳定了生产秩序。%Inview of the problems occurred at the 5# and 6# tamping coke ovens of the coking plant of JISCO since their commissioning in 2011, during extreme winter seasons of lowest temperature of around 30℃, such as material freezing in the coal bin ofthe loading cart , liftingdifficultyof the tamping hammer for the tamping unit in the tamping process of coal cake production, and feeding fault duo tothrottling of materials in the coal tower, concise analysis was carried out. Targeting to the specific problems seriously affecting the coke oven production in winter, feasible solutions were proposed in combina⁃tion with the practice of technical improvement to prevent accident and stabilize production process.
