酒钢钒钛球团矿工业生产实践

摘要

酒钢选烧厂球团竖炉在2016年根据高炉对含钛炉料的需要,先后组织四次钒钛球团矿的生产,满足了高炉的需要同时也降低了球团矿原料成本和拓宽了原料种类.主要对生产实践过程进行总结,包括相关机理及数据分析,为后续再次生产钒钛球团矿进行技术准备.%The JISCO pelletizing shaft furnace sintering workshop successively organized four V-Ti pellet ore productions given demands for titaniferous burden.It not only meets with needs of the shaft furnace but also reduces pellet ore raw material cost and expands categories of raw materials.This paper mainly concludes the production practice process, analyzes related mechanisms and data so as to provide technical support for following re-production of V-Ti pellet ores.
