肿瘤患者子代预防肿瘤的教育效果评价

摘要

目的：了解肿瘤患者子代预防肿瘤健康教育近期干预效果。方法：观察组利用E-mail等现代化通讯手段和电子版材料对肿瘤患者子代进行预防肿瘤的健康教育，对照组利用传统纸质材料进行健康教育。结果：(1)观察组和对照组干预后的知晓率均高于干预前，干预后观察组对多数知识点的知晓率高于对照组；(2)干预后观察组对问题回答正确率高于对照组；(3)观察组和对照组干预后行为改变正确回答率均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组。结论：肿瘤健康教育可帮助肿瘤患者子代掌握基本的肿瘤预防知识，促使肿瘤患者子代预防肿瘤的态度和行为好转，利用E-mail等现代化通讯手段和电子版材料进行教育的效果优于传统纸质材料的教育。%Objective:To study the effect of short-term intervention on health education in children with tumor patients. Methods:The observation group used E-mail and other modern means of communication and electronic version of the material for cancer prevention health education, meanwhile, traditional paper materials were used in control group. Results:(1) After intervention, The awareness rate of tu⁃mor prevention knowledge increased in two group. The awareness rate of most points in observation group were higher than in control group. (2) After intervention, the accuracy rate of question answering in observation group was higher than the control group. ( 3)After intervention, the accuracy rate in improved behaviors was higher than before. The accuracy rate in improved behaviors in observation group was insignifi⁃cantly higher than in control group. Conclusion:Tumor health education can help the offspring of tumor patients master basic knowledge of tumor prevention and promote the improvement of the attitude and behavior of tumor progeny to prevent the tumor. The use of E-mail and oth⁃er modern means of communication and electronic version of material is better than traditional paper materials for effect of health education.
