巴西纳米技术政策及发展初探

摘要

本世纪以来，世界各国纷纷制定纳米技术发展战略和计划，巴西作为金砖国家之一，也积极制定各类政策，推动国内纳米技术发展。巴西政府非常重视计划和规划对纳米技术发展的引导，连续制定了多个纳米技术发展计划，建立了纳米科学与技术合作网络，国家纳米技术联合实验室体系等较为完整的纳米技术科研体系，同时非常重视科学界与产业界的结合，注重成果转化，取得了明显的成绩。期望巴西相关的纳米技术政策对我国有一定借鉴意义。%Since this century, many countries implemented nanotechnology development strategies. As one of the BRIC countries, Brazil also set up many policies to promote the development of nanotechnology. Brazilian government attached great importance to the national plan to lead the development of nanotechnology, launched a series of programs, established “Networks on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology”and “National System of Nanotechnology Laboratories”, forming a complete nanotechnology development system. Meanwhile, Brazilian government encouraged the cooperation between enterprise and research institutions, made much account of achievements transformation, and has been made obvious achievement. The practices and experiences of Brazil in nanotechnology policies is expected to be valuable to the related policy making in China.
