福建省粮食科技重大专项实施成效与管理措施

摘要

The grand science and technology special of grain was established in 2008 by Fujian Provincial Department of Scinence and Technology. Since the specific implementation, special contract has been completed or overfulfil the main technical and economic indicators, a number of major research achievements, and has produced remarkable economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits. This paper introduces the main research contents and results of special and management measures, and implementation.%福建省科技厅设立了“粮食作物育种技术研究”科技重大专项（第二期），专项实施以来，已完成或超额完成专项合同的主要技术、经济指标，取得多项重大研究成果，并产生了显著的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。介绍了该专项的主要研究内容、取得的成效以及采取的管理措施、实施情况。
