福建省轻型钢结构住宅体系的应用前景

摘要

Combined with the development situations of steel structure house, the structural style of houses with light-weight steel structure and its features are introduced;comprehensive evaluation is also made on present styles of steel structure.According to the characteristics of Fujian area, corresponding strategies are proposed for development of housing industrialization of steel structure houses.In the end author points out that architecture with light-weight steel structure will has wide application prospect in the future.%结合目前钢结构住宅的发展水平,介绍了轻钢结构住宅体系的形式及其特点,并对现有的钢结构形式进行了综合评价.针对福建地区的特点,提出了钢结构住宅产业化的发展策略,指出轻钢住宅将有广泛的应用前景.
