厦门市基于政策导向的绿色建筑发展及实践

摘要

This thesis analyzes the policies and regulations,technical standards guide,the overall development level of Xiamen green building to explore the trend of green building and the types of green building label in Xiamen.And then the research summarizes the practical experience and existing problems of green building in Xiamen at present.Based on the above,some suggestions and thoughts are put forward to provide references for the design and promotion of green building.%文章通过对厦门市绿色建筑发展过程中的政策法规、技术标准导则,绿色建筑整体发展水平,绿色建筑标识类型和发展趋势等情况进行分析,总结现阶段厦门市绿色建筑实践的经验,指出存在的问题,提出建议,以期为绿色建筑政策制定和加速发展提供参考.
