建筑业万元产值能耗指标在市政公用设施项目节能评价中的运用

摘要

本文基于市政公用设施项目在国民经济行业分类中的属性,针对目前此类项目在设计前期阶段无法计算和反映出项目建设期能耗状况的现象,提出采取间接的计算方法,利用建筑业万元产值能耗指标和项目估算造价来估计项目的建设期能耗,克服了市政公用设施建设项目节能评价工作中无法合理评判项目建造能耗的瓶颈。%This essay,aiming at the phenomenon that the current project of municipal public facilities could not calculate and reflect the actual energy consumption of the project in construction period in the design stage.proposed an indirect method of calculation in order to estimate the energy consumption of the project in construction period by applying the energy consumption indicator of ten thousand yuan value of the construction industry and the estimated cost of project on the basic of its property in the classification of national economy.By adopting that method,The energy consumption of project in construction period would can be evaluated reasonably on the Energy-saving assessment of the construction project of municipal public facilities.
