深圳市再生水利用的市场化问题研究

This article pointed out the main problems of using reclaimed water of Shenzhen, summarized the situation of public utilities＇ market--ori- ented operation at home and abroad, combed the main ways of reuse of reclaimed water, analyzed the related status and planning data of Shenzhen reclaimed water, and then, determined the main direction and the demand scale of marketization of using reclaimed water, researched on the attrib utes of recycled water projects and its market characteristics, suggested the role of government in these projects, confirmed the marketization goals of using reclaimed water, and forms the market financing mode of Shenzhen water reuse projects.%指出深圳市再生水利用的主要问题,归纳国内外公共事业的市场化运作情况,梳理再生水利用的主要方式,分析深圳市再生水相关现状和规划数据,研究确定再生水利用的市场化主要方向和需求规模,分析再生水利用的项目属性和市场特征,提出再生水利用中政府的角色定位,明确再生水利用的市场化目标,形成了深圳市再生水利用项目市场化融资模式。
