装配式钢筋混凝土框架结构梁柱节点创新研究

         

摘要

详细论述了装配式混凝土框架梁柱节点构造形式及相应的研究进展、存在问题,并基此提出了一种全预制装配式钢管约束节点连接方式.新型节点由核心骨架、约束钢管和梁端预埋件组成,可提高节点侧向约束、混凝土的强度和延性,实现强节点、弱构件的抗震理念.预制节点与预制梁通过防屈曲翼缘金属板耗能阻尼器连接,塑性铰从柱面外移,结构失效模式可控,震后可修复.%The structural form and corresponding research progress and existing problems of fabricated concrete frame beam column joints are discussed in detail. Based on this, a fully prefabricated steel tube constraint node connection method is proposed. The new node is composed of a core skeleton, restraining steel beam end embedded parts composition, can improve the strength and ductility of joints, lateral confinement of concrete, strong node weak component, seismic concept. The precast beam is connected with the precast beam through the buckling restrained flange metal plate energy dissipation damper, and the plastic hinge moves outward from the cylinder. The failure mode of the structure is controllable, and it can be repaired after the earthquake.
