焦化低品质硫磺及脱硫废液焚烧制酸工艺

摘要

This paper introduces the process flow and feature of sulfuric acid making process with low quality sulfur and desulfurization waste water, and analyzes main parameters such as technical and economical indexes, emission indexes and environment protection indexes.By this process, the problems existed in the recovery of low quality sulfur and in the treatment of by-product salt solution of desulfurization are fundamentally solved,the efficiency of desulfurization and cyanide removal from COG is effectively improved,discharge of waste is reduced and the environmental protection level is increased.%介绍了低品质硫磺及脱硫副盐废液制酸工艺流程、工艺特点，分析了主要技术、经济、排放物及环保指标。该工艺从根本上解决了低品质硫磺回收利用及脱硫副盐废液无害化后处理的工艺问题，可有效提高焦炉煤气脱硫脱氰效率，减少三废排放，提高焦化环保水平。
