干熄焦排焦装置的问题与改进

摘要

对干熄焦排焦装置在运行过程中出现的问题进行了研究和改进，改进后设备故障率大幅降低，系统运行稳定性大大提高，能够满足生产需要，为同类型工艺设备的可靠稳定运行提供了技术参考。%Study and improvement have been carried out regarding to the problems found during operation of CDQ discharging device.After improvement,failure of the equipment is reduced,and the running stability of the system is improved greatly.The production requirement can be met.This paper provides technical reference for the reliable and stable running of similar process equipment.
