酒钢焦化厂无水氨装置优化

摘要

介绍了无水氨生产工艺，分析了影响无水氨生产的不利因素，提出增加水冷洗萘装置、改进脱硫后捕雾装置、强化无水氨系统保温等具体措施，以优化无水氨生产工艺，为类似地区新建、改建无水氨装置提供了借鉴。%This paper introduces the anhydrous ammonia production process, analyzes the negative factors for production of anhydrous ammonia,proposes measures such as adding water cooling naph-thalene washing device,improving the demister after desulfurization and strengthening the heat insula-tion of the system to optimize the production process of anhydrous ammonia. It provides reference for the new construction and renovation of anhydrous ammonia device in other similar plants.
