1 Introduction With the development of new technology,engineering systems are becoming more complex in structure and possessing more advanced functions.Customers are setting higher quality requirements for new products.Reliability must be considered in all aspects of the product life cycle.Inadequate reliability considerations may cause civil aviation disasters,nuclear power plant accidents,spacecraft launch failures,power system shutdowns,and other major accidents.
