Location:Nantong,Jiangsu,China,Client:Nantong Middle School of Jiangsu Province Architects:JIANG Nan,YUAN Weijun,REN Xiao bing,YU Jianbin.Photographer:CHEN Hao Profile:The art education center is located in the core area of Nantong old city with beautiful scenery and strong historical and cultural atmosphere.Its north and west sides are the main campus roads,and the east and south sides are adjacent to teaching buildings.The functions include 1200 multi-functional lecture hall,music and dance classroom,art and calligraphy classroom,art exhibition room,rehearsal hall,communication space,etc.The building adopts a centralized spatial layout,connecting the functional spaces through the art gallery,and expressing the contemporary artistic and cultural temperament through the powerful volume treatment and vivid facade texture.
