铸钢件超声波衰减系数测量及其影响因素

         

摘要

测定了铸钢件ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo超声波衰减系数并对其影响因素进行分析.试验结果表明,利用声压、声程乘积的对数函数ln(Px)与声程x的线性关系,来测量衰减系数是个较好的方法;探头晶片尺寸、频率对铸钢件超声波衰减系数有影响,随晶片尺寸增加,衰减系数呈先增后减趋势,而衰减系数随探头频率的增加而增加.从衰减系数对超声波检测影响来看,铸钢件纵波直探头超声波检测宜选用低频率、晶片直径约20 mm的探头.%Ultrasonic attenuation coefficient of ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo steel casting was tested and its influencing factors were analyzed. The results show that using linear relation of ln( Px) and x, where P is acoustic pressure and X is beam path, is a better method to measure the attenuation coefficient. Influences of the ultrasonic testing parameters including diameter, frequency of ultrasonic transducer on the attenuation coefficient are different. With the increase of the diameter, the attenuation coefficient firstly increases and then decreases, and the attenuation coefficient increases with the increase of frequency. Considering the influences of attenuation coefficient on the ultrasonic testing, low frequency and 20 mm diameter of ultrasonic transducer should be used in longitudinal wave probe ultrasonic testing.
