骨质瓷装饰用无害镉硒大红釉的研制

摘要

以新型包裹镉硒红色料为着色剂，长石一石灰混合生料釉为基釉，研制出适于骨质瓷坯料的新型高温大红釉。此釉元镉溶出，不含铅、钡等对人体的有害成分，在氧化气氛下烧成．其烧成温度为1240—1260℃。还探讨了基础釉组成对色釉呈色的影响。%A new type of the non-pollution red glaze of cadmium-selenninm for bone china has been developed,which is constituted by Zr- SiO4-Cd(SxSe1-x) red pigment as a colorant and feldspar-lime glaze as base glaze.The red glaze is obtained without pernicious elements of Pb, Ba,etc and no Ca released,and fired in the oxidizing atmosphere ,the fired temperature was between 1240-1260℃ .The influence of base glaze's composition on the coloring effect has been discussed.
