电子镇流器用磁环变压器磁芯的工艺研究

摘要

The electronic ballast was the core parts of an energy saving lamp.The toroid transformer was the key components of an electronic ballast. The performance requirements to transformer core were an inductance with negative temperature coefficient frome 0℃ to 110℃; an approximate rectangular magnetic hysteresis.These requirements could be realized by adding suitable impurity elements.%电子镇流器是节能灯的核心部件，磁环变压器是电子镇流器的关键元件。对磁环变压器磁芯的性能要求是：在0℃-110℃间，具有负温度系数的电感，近似矩形的磁滞回线。经研究发现，通过适当加杂可以达到以上要求。
