基于熵值法的地区循环经济发展综合评价——以新疆为例

摘要

新疆作为我国西部的资源大省区,大力发展循环经济是形成科学的资源开发利用体系的重要内容,对新疆可持续发展战略的实施具有重要意义.科学评判新疆循环经济发展状况,是规范和引导新疆循环经济良性发展的重要前提,同时也对国家西部地区和其他类似地区具有重要的参考价值.为此,基于“3R”等多项原则,构建循环经济发展综合评价指标体系,并运用熵值法确定指标权重系数,对2002-2010年新疆循环经济发展水平进行综合评价,在此基础上,指出新疆循环经济发展存在的问题和对策建议.%Xinjiang is resourceful in the west of china, to develop circular economy intensively is the most important content that to reform a scientific system about resource exploitation and usage, and has great significance to actualize sustainable development stratagem in Xinjiang. To evaluate the state of circular economy development in Xinjiang, Not only has great significance for the favorable circular economy development in Xinjiang, but also has reference value for the west regions and other similar regions of china. Therefore, based on "3R' and others Principles, this article establishes a circular economy development evaluation index system, using the entropy value method to determine the weight coefficient of index, A comprehensive evaluation is done about the level of circular economy development in Xinjiang province form 2002 to 2010, and based on this, puts forward circular economy development problems and solutions in Xinjiang.
