我国环境服务上市公司经营效率研究

摘要

文章运用三阶段DEA模型与绩效评价相结合的方法,研究我国环境服务上市公司的经营状况及存在问题.通过对比分析表明:我国目前上市的环境服务公司整体处于规模报酬递增的发展阶段,说明该行业有巨大的发展空间；各样本企业经营效率值确实受到地区GDP、经济环境、政府政策以及市场化程度等环境变量和随机因素的影响；在剔除二者因素的同质经营环境下企业的综合效率较低主要是由于平均技术效率都不高,说明目前在技术上的提高成为其发展的瓶颈；另外在一些传统业务领域已出现规模报酬递减状况,说明公司向新型领域转型应成为未来发展趋势.%This paper employs the three-stage DEA model and performance appraisal method, figures out the degree of China' s environmental service listed companies development and the existing problems. The comparative analysis shows that the current environmental service listed companies in our country are increasing returns to scale, which proves that this industry holds great promise, and that the operation efficiency value of sample enterprise is indeed influenced by environment variable and random factor of local GDP, economic environment, government policy and the degree of marketization, etc. But besides those two elements, the main reason is overall low efficiency which is caused by the low average technical efficiency, and finally illustrates that the technical improvement becomes, as it were, the bottleneck of the environmental service industry. On the other hand, decreasing returns to scale of some traditional industries indicates the transition to new-type field will be the future development tendency.
