企业低碳决策是利益驱使亦或制度使然?

摘要

本文以2008-2011年我国受邀回答CDP问卷的企业为样本,基于计划行为理论,选用企业的低碳意向间接衡量企业的低碳决策行为,实证考察了我国企业做出低碳决策的驱动力.研究发现:企业低碳决策缺乏利益驱使的动因,而来自政府和顾客等的压力或期望是企业低碳决策的主要动因.本文的研究为我国政策制定者评价与制定激励性的低碳政策提供了参考.%From the 2008-2011 sample of Chinese firms who were required to answer CDP questionnaire,choosing firms' low carbon intention to measure their low carbon decision behavior based on Ajzen's theory of planned behavior,this paper investigated the question of what motivated the finns to make low carbon decisions.It found that there is a lack of interest-driven motivation and firms' low carbon decision is mainly motivated by the government's pressure and clients' expectation.The findings will be useful for the policy makers to evaluate and make incentive low carbon policies.
