国际化过程中的开放式创新与技术标准制定r——基于新制度主义的视角

摘要

运用企业创新与国际化理论,从新制度经济学视角探讨国际化企业的开放式创新与技术标准制定之间的关系,并阐述了制度合法的影响机理.针对高新技术企业的泊松回归与生存分析的结果发现,企业国际化与内向型开放式创新促进了技术标准制定,但受到制度合法性的影响.内外部制度合法性的作用机制不同,外部制度合法性更能促进最终形成标准的数量,内部制度合法性更能促进首个标准的形成几率.%From a neo-institutional economics perspective and incorporating firm innovation and internationalization theories, this paper discusses the relationship between the open innovation and technical standards formation of global firms, and examines the effect mecha-nism of institutional legitimacy. Results of Poisson Regression and Survival Analysis on high-tech firms show that the firm internationali-zation and the inbound model of open innovation promote formation of technical standards. However, they are influenced by institutional legitimacy. Influencing mechanisms of internal and external are different. It indicates that external institutional legitimacy more improves the total number of technical standards; while internal more improves the formation of the first technical standard.
