支持科研领域女性发展的政策及措施——国际经验与中国现状

摘要

支持科研领域的女性发展逐渐成为各国科技政策的关注要点.国外支持科研领域女性发展的政策可以分为三个阶段和类型,分别是性别权利平等政策、倾斜性政策和性别主流化政策.中国正处于从权利平等到倾斜性政策转变的阶段,距离性别主流化阶段还有较长的距离.本文对中国制定支持科研领域的女性发展政策提出了具体建议.%Promoting women's development in science and technology fields is gaining more and more concerns in science and technology policies in many countries.Foreign developed countries,the policies towards promoting women's development in science and technology went through three stages and can be categorized into three types——the equal fights/opportunities policies,preferable policies and the mainstreaming policies.China is on the way to transforming from equal rights/opportunities policies to preferable policies and has a long distance to the mainstreaming stage.The paper provides suggestions to China's policy making to promote women's development in science and technology field.
