虎钳的快速夹紧装置设计

摘要

针对传统虎钳装夹费时费力、效率低等问题，设计了一种快速夹紧装置。阐述了该装置的结构和工作原理，并对夹紧圆杆和夹紧圈等关键零件作了优化设计，取得了良好效果。%In view of the waste of time and labor on vise clamp installation and low efficiency, a rapid clamping device is designed. The structure and working principle of the rapid clamping device are stated, and the optimal design of the clamping rod and clamping ring of key components is conducted, with an excellent result achieved.
