壳聚糖预处理桦木单板对酸性染料染色效果的影响

摘要

With chitosan and birch veneer as the research object,chitosan is used for pretreatment of birth veneer first,followed by the use of acid dyes as coloring agent.A planned dyeing process is used to conduct dyeing treatment of the pretreated birth veneer.Comparing the dying effects of thedyed veneer that has gone through chitosan-based pretreatment and the dyed veneer that hasn`t gone through pretreatment,the result shows that chitosan-based pretreatment can effectively improve the acid dyes-based dyeing effects of veneer and that it is a good method of improving the wood dyeing quality.%以壳聚糖和桦木单板为研究对象,先用壳聚糖对桦木单板进行预处理,然后使用酸性染料作为染色剂,采用制定好的染色工艺对预处理过的桦木单板进行染色处理.对比经过壳聚糖预处理染色单板和未经过预处理染色单板的染色效果,结果发现,经过壳聚糖预处理可以有效地提高木材单板酸性染色效果,为提高木材染色的质量找到了一个有效的方法.
