谈黑龙江省林业工程建设管理存在的问题及对策

In this paper,the author takes Heilongjiang forestry engineering as an example,summarizes the problems in the process of construction management,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions. I hope this paper can for future forest-ry engineering construction management play good effect.%以黑龙江省林业工程为例，总结建设和管理中出现的问题并提出了相应建议，以期对今后林业工程建设和管理有所借鉴。
