东川区森林火灾成因试论

摘要

由于地处干热河谷、山高谷深、干旱少雨、交通不便、农矿交错等特殊条件,导致东川区森林火灾多发,防控较难.文章基于2013--2015年东川区森林火灾发生数据,对火情年份分布、月份分布、日内时段分布、野外违规用火类型、火案起因等进行系统分析.结果认为,东川区森林火灾发生主要集中在铜都街道和汤丹镇,火灾高发期在春节前后,农事用火仍是森林火灾的主因,早上7时至下午17时是森林火灾高发时段.%By reason of dry-hot valleys (DHV),deep valley,lack of rain,traffic inconvenience,the agriculture-mining cross conditions,the forest fire occurred frequently in Dongchuan District and it was difficult to prevent and control.Based on the data of Dongchuan forest fires from 2013 to 2015,this paper analyzed the fire cause factor,field fire violation,fire occurrence distribution of year,month and days.The results showed that Dongchuan forest fires mainly occurred in the Tongdu streets and Shang Dan Town;fire season was before and after the Spring Festival,farming was still the main reason of forest fire;peak time of forest fire was at 7 to 17 PM.
