基于图论的滇金丝猴栖息地景观连通性动态研究

     

摘要

This paper utilized the graph theory and the minimum cost distance to analyze the dynamic change of the landscape connectivity of Rhinopithecus bieti habitats at different times. Based on the threshold of minimum cost distance obtained by the behavior of Rhinopithecus bieti and the previous re-search,the monkey group was classified into three management units according to their geographical loca-tion and the index value of the landscape connectivity of the whole habitat and the management units at different times were calculated. The results showed that with the positive trend in the three periods from 1975 to 2000,the connectivity index of Rhinopithecus bieti habitats increased,reaching the peak value in 1990. This paper also analyzed the horizontal comparison and longitudinal dynamic changes of the land-scape connectivity in different periods,and the factors that affect the survival and development of the Rhi-nopithecus bieti from the perspective of the landscape.%运用图论法,结合最小费用距离,分析滇金丝猴栖息地景观连通性在不同时期中的动态变化,依据滇金丝猴习性并结合以往研究综合得出最小费用距离阈值,依据猴群分布的地理位置,将猴群归为3个管理单元,计算出不同时期中栖息地整体以及各管理单元所在组分的景观连接度指数值.研究结果表明,在1975—2000年3期中,滇金丝猴栖息地连通性指数整体上升,在1990年达到高峰值,景观连通性指数整体上处于向好态势.对景观连接度在不同时期中的横向对比情况、纵向动态变化状况进行分析,从景观角度分析影响滇金丝猴生存发展的因素.
