白沙湖沙漠公园位于阿勒泰生态区,是我国土地荒漠化威胁最为严重的地区之一,为了有效遏止该区域沙化土地扩展趋势,丰富沙漠公园的生物多样性,改善生态环境,生态系统稳定性进一步增强,建设了白沙湖国家沙漠公园.文章分析规划区域内土地、植物、动物、景观、生态等资源的特点,对资源进行综合评价,提出沙漠公园的规划定位和规划目标,"三点一线带一面"的总体规划及功能区划构想,以构建人与自然和谐发展的综合型国家沙漠公园.%Baisha Lake Desert Park is located in Altay ecoregion which is one of the most serious areas of land desertification in China. The Baisha Lake National Desert Park was constructed to effectively curb the expansion trend of desertified land,improve the biodiversity and ecological environment of desert park and strengthen the stability of ecosystem. This paper analyzed the resource characteristics of land, plants,animals,landscape and ecology in the planning area, evaluated the resources comprehensively, put forward the planning orientation and objectives, and proposed the functional zoning conception of three point and one line with one plane to construct the comprehensive national desert park with harmoni-ous development of human and nature.
