基于3S技术的森林防火规划制图过程研究

         

摘要

为优化森林防火规划制图过程,保证森林防火规划编制工作的高效持续开展,在总结传统规划制图过程不足的基础上,提出基于谷歌地球、奥维互动地图、ArcMap等3S技术软件的规划制图过程,实现高效、精准、常态化的数据采集及规划设计模式.基于3S技术的制图过程应遵循资料收集、底图准备、野外调查、外业数据导出及分析设计、数据统计、制图输出等步骤.为促进森林防火工程项目的有效开展和森林防火编制规划工作的可持续进行,应加强全国森林防火基础数据库的标准化建设并注重及时更新,综合利用国内各种遥感信息源.%In order to optimize the mapping process of forest fire prevention planning and ensure the effi-cient and continuous development of forest fire prevention planning, this paper put forward the mapping process of 3S technology software integrated Google Earth,Ove Interactive Map and ArcMap based on the summary for the shortcomings of traditional planning mapping process, achieving the efficient, accurate and normalized model of data collection and planning. The mapping process based on 3S technology should follow the steps of data collecting,base map preparation,field investigation,field data export and analysis,data statistic and cartographic output. This paper suggested to strengthen the standardization construction of national forest fire prevention database in the planning process,and comprehensively uti-lized the domestic remote sensing information source to promote the effective development of forest fire prevention project and the sustainable construction of forest fire prevention planning.
